Requirements and qualifications

1. Bachelor or college diploma
2. Minimum 1 years work experience in foreign investment company (manufacturer)
3. Basic knowledge in electronic/ electrical industry and logistics
4. Experience in sales and customer service position
5. Excellent computer skills: word, excel, etc…
6. Good spoken and written English, ( French ,Japanese, German)
7. Good knowledge in ERP system. SAP experience is prefer
8. Good communication skills
9. Having team work concept

Responsibilities

1. After sales support, including order processing, delivery tracking and invoice/ payment follow up.
2. Interface with customer in operational level, follow up customer’s general inquiry, and collect customer feedback.
3. Internal coordinate with logistics/ planning and production department, ensure the interpretation of customer forecast to our production.
4. Assist Sales Manager / Engineers to prepare paperwork (e.g. quotations, contracts, sales forecasts, sales reports, lists etc.)
5. Coordinate and attend trade shows, track website leads, assist with advertising sales, e.g. advertisements, trade fairs, brochures and promotional activities
6. Internal document control for sales department
7. Other duties as directed and instructed by Sales & Marketing Manager
