Requirements & qualifications:

1. 技校同等学历，有金属材料的工作经历，尤其是轧机经历。

Technical school Degree, with working experience on metal materialspecifically on rolling Mills.

2. 2年以上制造行业经验。

More than 2 years of manufacturing working experience

3. 必须能够操作轧机，并了解轧机和覆层如何操作（铜、钢或其他金属）

Must be able to use a rolling Mill (production ability) and know how olling and cladding (could be copper, steel or other metal)

4. 熟悉与轧机相关的模具

Know-how s/dies related to rolling mill

5. 对生产生产效率，质量和5S意识有一定的认识

Notion on productivity, quality and 5S

6. 具备良好的沟通技巧和领导能力。

Good communication skill and leadership

7. 具备良好的英语沟通能力者佳

English communication skill will be a big plus

Responsibilities

1. 管理，激励和培训轧机覆层线员工

Manage, motivate and train a small staff related to rolling and cladding

2. 作为该道生产工序第一人参与生产

Need to be able to produce by himself (herself) as a start point

3. 负责按时完成覆层轧机线生产任务

Be responsible of the On Time Delivery of the cladding/rolling section

4. 对覆层轧机线产品质量进行有效管控。

Be responsible of the quality of the product of the cladding/rolling section

5. 负责覆层轧机线工具的维护和持续改进。

Be responsible for the maintenance of tooling associated to the cladding/rolling process

6. 积极参与QRQC, Lean ,5S 和STOP及其他精益生产等持续改善项目

Must actively participate to QRQC, Lean ,5S and STOP program

7. 完成公司指派的其他。

Other tasks assigned by company.
