Requirements & qualifications

1.技校同等学历，有冶金行业挤压操作过程的工作经历。

Technical school Degree, with working experience on extrusion process in metallurgy field

2.2年以上制造行业经验。

More than 2 years of manufacturing working experience

3.能够操作挤压机（生产能力）,并且知道挤压过程（铜，铝及其他金属材料）。

Must be able to run an extrusion press (production ability) and know how in extrusion (could be copper, aluminum or other metal).

4.熟悉挤压金属材料的相关模具。

Know how in toolings/dies related to extrusion of metallic materials

5.对生产生产效率，质量和5S意识有一定的认识。

Notion on productivity, quality and 5S

6.具备良好的沟通技巧和领导能力。

Good communication skill and leadership

7.具备良好的英语沟通能力者佳。

English communication skill will be a big plus

Responsibilities

1.管理，激励和培训挤压线员工

Manage, motivate and train a small staff related to extrusion process

2.作为该道生产工序第一人参与生产.

Need to be able to produce by himself (herself) as a start point

3.负责按时完成挤压线生产任务。

Be responsible of the On Time Delivery of the extruded products

4.对挤压线产品质量进行有效管控。

Be responsible of the quality of the product of the extruded product

5.负责对挤压线相关模具进行维护。

Be responsible for the maintenance of tooling associated to the extrusion press

6.积极参与QRQC, Lean ,5S and STOP及其他精益生产等持续改善项目

Must actively participate to QRQC, Lean ,5S and STOP program

7.完成公司指派的其他事务。

Other tasks assigned by company.
