Requirements & qualifications

1. 技校同等学历，有熔炼工作经历，必须具备水雾化工作经历

Technical school Degree, with working experience on foundry, atomization skill is a must.

2. 2年以上制造行业经验。

More than 2 years of manufacturing working experience

3. 能够使铸造熔炼生产线运作（生产能力），知道铸造相关知识（可能是铜，钢和其他金属），了解水雾化相关尤佳。

Must be able to run a foundry (production ability) and know how about casting (could be copper, steel or other metal). Know how concerning atomization will be a big plus.

4. 了解铸造熔炼相关工具。

Know how in tooling related to foundry

5. 对生产效率，品质及5S有一定认识。

Notion on productivity, quality and 5S

6. 具备良好的沟通技巧和领导能力。
Good communication skill and leadership
7. 具备良好的英语沟通能力者佳。
English communication skill will be a big plus

Responsibilities

1. 管理，激励和培训熔炼雾化线员工。

Manage, motivate and train a small staff related to foundry and atomization

2. 作为生产第一人参与生产。

Need to be able to produce by himself (herself) as a start point

3. 能按时完成熔炼雾化线生产任务。

Be responsible of the On Time Delivery of the foundry/atomization

4. 对熔炼雾化线产品质量进行有效管控。

Be responsible of the quality of the product of the foundry/atomization

5. 负责熔炼雾化线相关模具的维护。

Be responsible for the maintenance of tooling associated to the foundry/atomization

6. 积极参与QRQC, Lean ,5S and STOP及其他精益生产等持续改善项目

Must actively participate to QRQC, Lean ,5S and STOP program

7. 完成公司指派的其他事务。

Other tasks assigned by company.
