Requirements & qualifications:

1. 技校同等学历，有粉末冶金相关技能

Technical school Degree, with ability in powder metallurgy

2. 2年以上制造行业经验

More than 2 years of manufacturing working experience

3. 能够操作混粉，压制和烧结工作，了解粉末冶金相关知识。

Must be able to make powder mixing, compaction and sintering (production ability) and know how in powder metallurgy (in metallurgical field)

4. 熟悉粉末冶金相关模具。

Know how in tooling related to the powder metallurgy

5. 对生产效率，品质以及5S有一定认识。

Notion on productivity, quality and 5S
6. 具备良好的沟通技巧和领导能力。
Good communication skill and leadership
7. 良好的英语沟通能力者佳
English communication skill will be a big plus

Responsibilities

1. 管理，激励和培训粉末冶金线员工。

Manage, motivate and train a small staff related to powder metallurgy

2. 作为该道生产工序第一人参与生产。

Need to be able to produce by himself (herself) as a start point

3. 能够按时完成粉末线生产任务

Be responsible of the On Time Delivery of the products

4. 对粉末线产品的质量进行有效管控。

Be responsible of the quality of the product

5. 负责粉末冶金线相关模具的维护

Be responsible for the maintenance of tooling associated to the powder metallurgy

6. 积极参与QRQC, Lean ,5S 和 STOP及其他精益生产等持续改善项目

Must actively participate to QRQC, Lean ,5S and STOP program

7. 完成公司指派的其他事务。
