SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1.Bachelor degree on automation engineering or mechatronics.
2.5 years’ experience on automation control system. Very Good experience on problem solving in real production. Experience on team build and management.
3.Good foundation knowledge on automation control system, motor control, PC/PLC controls.
4.Knowledge on automation design, manufacturing and maintenance.
5.Experience on control PLC at least one type, AB is preferred. Experience on vision control system at least one type, Cognex is preferred
6.Good team work and well communication skill.
7.Fluent speaking English, well listening and comprehension. professional on office software
8.Discipline integrity and self management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1.Managing all production equipment, including assembly, packaging equipment. Provide effective and efficiency support to production on equipment aspect.
2.Focus on machine control system, PLC management, Vision system and other auto control system software and hardware maintenance.
3.Use proper preventative method or techniques, to support safe work floor operation. Monitoring safety manner of technicians. Set up and maintain safety procedure.
4.Control effective copy of production equipment list to fulfill requirements of ISO13485 quality system. Collect and maintain equipment manual and other documents.
5.Leading or supporting new equipment qualification. Receiving, transferring, sealing up for keeping, scraping of equipment. Initiate and lead equipment enhancement and upgrade control system.
6.Write related machine operation and maintenance procedures.
7.Budgeting for equipment consumable and control cost based on budget. Control reasonable spare safety inventory.
8.Planning, leading, and executing effective preventive maintenance.
9.Participate in related cross function project teams. Provide equipment related support and manufacturing technologies.
10.Continuously monitor equipment status. Analyze equipment performance and initial performance enhance plan. Leading or cooperate with CI department on the improvement activities. Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities. Make sure OEE meet biz target.
