KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make sure meet package operation target according to production plan.
2. Managing packaging equipments. Use proper preventative method or techniques, to support safe work floor operation. Monitoring safety manner of technicians. Set up and maintain safety procedure.
3. Continuously monitor package equipment status. Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities. Make sure OEE meet biz target.
4. Mainly focus on package output, quality and waste. Contribute on problem solving in all package related area.
5. Work with production supervisor to identify, train and certify package operation team to make sure resource well available.
6. Work with equipment , process engineering and line management to draft package operation SOP for operators per ISO 9001/13485 requirement
7. Work with internal and external supplier to make sure package line running efficiently and economically.
8. Follow up continuous improvement action to develop Lean manufacturing in package area.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Minimum bachelor degree in electro-mechanical or industrial engineering.
2. 5~6 years experience in package or auto manufacturing industry; medical device manufacturing experience is preferred.
3. Hands on problem solving tool kit, well understand statistical and lean manufacturing tools.
4. Discipline integrity and self management, teamwork and communication skill
5. Validation experience is preferred
6. Good English speaking and writing.
