SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能）
1.Requires a two-year degree from a technical school in electrical or electronic field.
2.Minimum of 5 years industrial experience working in an electrical/electronic engineering capacity.
3.A working knowledge of PLC’s, Camera Vision Systems (Cognex) and Windows based systems.
4.The ability to apply a scientific approach to problem solving, blending analytical and experimental skills to maximise productivity and yields.
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6.Basic English reading and writing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
1.To install, overhaul, modify and maintain the full range of production equipment.
2.To continuously improve the production lines, specifically fine tuning electrical/electronic equipment to increase output, reduce downtime and reduce waste.
3.To assist in the complete validation of new and existing equipment.
4.To deal/liaise with vendors, suppliers and local engineering shops.
5.To work to the highest engineering standards.
6.To analyse customer complaints and internal quality issues and draw up improvement programs for equipment to eliminate these defects being produced.
7.To assist with the training of engineering craftspeople/apprentices as required.
