主要职责Main Responsibilities：
? 负责新产品工艺流程的设计，按照APQP要求完成PFMEA等相关工艺文件的制定。
In charge of processing design of new product ; finish making such processing documents as PFMEA according to APQP requirements
? 支持项目经理工作对新项目工艺方案进行可行性分析。
Give support to project manager on feasibility analyse of new project processing proposal
? 负责工艺参数的设定和验证调试工作，编制并及时更新作业指导书等技术文件。
In charge of the settlement and inspection of process index ; making and updating such technic documents as job instruction
? 负责工艺优化设计，使生产效率得到提高，生产成本降低。
In charge of process optimization design in order to improve effficiency and reduce product cost
? 负责设计并实施工位布置，包括工位平面布置图及定置管理图。负责制定技术规范,协助采购部门对项目涉及的外委供应商报价及工艺方案进行技术及成本分析，提供必要的技术支持。
In charge of design and arrangement of work station position including work station layout chart and management chart. Take responsibility of making technic norms and assist Purchasing Dept to analysis on technology and cost of quotation from outsourcing suppliers related to project and provide necessery technic support.
? 参与持续改善KAIZEN活动。
Take part in KAIZEN activities.
? 解决生产工艺各类技术问题，参与设备及工装调试和验收等方面的技术工作。
Solve all technic processing problem in the process of production and participate in equipment or tooling adjustment and inspection.
? 参与对调试技术员、操作工等相关人员的在岗工艺培训。
In charge of give training to adjusters and operators on-the-job procsee
? 参与新产品的试制及小批量样件的试生产工作。
Participate in trial manufacture of new product and small batch prototypes.
? 参与本部门各类工艺文件的日常管理工作。
Participate in all daily management affairs of processing documents of Production Dept.
? 参与5S各类活动，执行公司5S管理要求，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序。
Participate in all 5S activities.Keep work site clear,tidy and in order accroding to 5S management requirements.
? 执行ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001的相关条款,承担公司体系文件规定的相 关（安全、环境和质量）责任。诚信正直，诚信行事，遵守公司的道德规范；
Abide by the regulation of ISO14000, TS16949 and OHSAS18001 and take the responsibility in security , environment and quality written in company system documents. Act in good faith and stick to keep company moral regulations
? 遵守工作说明中明确的或培训中传达的所有健康、安全和环境要求；
Obey the requirements in health, security and environment defined in job description or reminded in training.
? 执行公司质量体系对本职能相关的程序文件要求；
Follow up with the relevant position requirement of process documents in company quality system
? 完成上级领导交办的临时工作
Finish other tasks arranged by superior

任职资格Qualifications：
? 金属加工、机械工程、涂装或模具专业本科以上学历；
Above faculty degree related to metal processing, mechanical engineering, tooling or mold design;
? 相关工作岗位3年以上工作经验，有工业设备运用及生产效率的相关知识
Above 3 years relevant experience; have good knowledge on industrial and Equipments manufacture and product efficiency.
? 熟练使用AUTOCAD绘图软件，会运用CATIA软件看图
Master AUTOCAD drawing software and read drawing with CATIA
? 熟悉金属加工工艺，注塑工艺等，具有工业过程设计经验
Familiar with metal processing and injection process; have industrial design experience
? 懂生产线及车间总体布局设计，能优化工艺流程
Understand the layout design of producing line and workshot ;potimize process
? 熟悉TS16949的要求，具备本岗位相关的实践操作经验
Master skills of TS16949 system and have experience in this position
? 良好的团结合作精神，能承担项目开发节奏产生的工作压力
Good team work spirit and afford work pressure in project developing.
? 英语能力良好，能与国外设计工程师进行流畅技术交流
English proficient and be able to communcate with foreign design engineer or technicians.
? 计算机软件熟练，能编制相关报表及报告
Be proficient in English and relevant computer software and make relevant reports
