主要职责Main Responsibilities：
？ 掌握生产区域设备的结构、原理和维修技术，负责责任区域内的设备设施工作状态完好和安全。
Master the structure, theory and maintenance technology of equipment in production region and take responsibility for the good condition of equipment in every area and safety.
？ 负责每天对工作区域进行巡视，按巡检作业指导书规定的内容逐项进行检查，并及时记录。同时对设备点检保养记录表中记录的问题及时予以排除，并记录在《交接班记录》上。
In charge of inspection in operation region, and check all the content written in inspection instruction and make record in time. Meanwhile, solve the problem recorded in equipment point-check records and write the result on shift record.
？ 按照相关部门提交的《设备故障报修单》，对报修的设备设施及时进行修理，并填写《设备故障报修单》处理记录。完成维修后，填写《工事维修申请单》和《交接班记录》
According to repair list of equipment error, maintenance the reported equipment and fill in the solution records of repair list of equipment error. After maintenance, fill in the repair list of equipment error and shift record.
？ 了解设备备件储备状况，及时汇报备件需求。
Know stock condition of spare time of equipment and report the requirements of spare parts in time.
？ 掌握并提高维修技术，逐步缩短维修的时间，减少设备设施停机时间，提高设备工作效率。
Master and improve maintenance skill like shorten maintenance time progressively, reduce broken-out time of equipment and improve equipment efficiency
？ 负责按计划做好设备的预防性维修，并按照PM工单上的要求严格执行，不得遗漏缺项。维护时碰到相关问题不能处理时或有疑问及建议，应及时向直属上司汇报。
In charge of preventive maintenance of equipment; firmly stick to the requirements of PM list and no missing every item.Report to superior, if some questions, suggestion or something are beyond your ability in the process of maintenance
？ 负责及时主动修理在设备维修和保养时调换下的零件。
In charge of actively fixing the parts changed in maintenance and repair.
？ 执行公司5S管理要求，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序；每次维护修理工作完毕后必须将现场打扫干净。
Carry out 5S management requirements and ensure operation region clean, tidy and in order. Clean up the site after maintenance gets finished.
？ 参与持续改善KAIZEN活动，对提出改进的问题进行分析和解决。
Participate in KAIZEN activities; analyze and solve the problem on improvement.
？ 负责对设备设施相关使用员工如调整工，操作工的设备安全操作及日常保养培训。
In charge of training about safely launch process and daily maintenance to the equipment user such as adjustors and operators
？ 执行ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001的相关条款,承担公司体系文件规定的相关（安全、环境和质量）责任。诚信正直，诚信行事，遵守公司的道德规范。
Abide by the regulation of ISO14000, TS16949 and OHSAS18001 and take the responsibility in security, environment and quality written in company system documents. Act in good faith and stick to keep company moral regulation
？ 遵守工作说明中明确的或培训中传达的所有健康、安全和环境要求。
Keep to the requirement in health, security and environment marked in job description or reminded in training.
？ 执行公司质量体系对本职能相关的程序文件要求。
Follow up with the relevant position requirement of process documents in company quality system
？ 认真完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格Qualifications：
？ 机械或机电一体化专业中专以上学历
Technic secondary school major in mechanical or mechatronic or above
？ 两年以上相关工作经验
Above 2 years relevant work experience
？ 具有初级钳工或者初级电工以上等级证书
Above primary locksmith or electrician certificates
？ 掌握相应工种的维修技术（如PLC技术，液压技术等），能独立工作并具有相应的上岗证书。
Master relevant maintenance skill such as PLC technology and hydraulic technology; work independently and equip with induction certificate.
？ 现场动手能力强，可独立操作相关设备；如需操作特殊设备则具有相关的操作证，如焊接，行车，叉车。
Good hand-on skills and be able to run the equipment independently. If there is need to run special equipment, should have related operation certificates such as welding, driving, forklift
？ 具备机械制图及电器制图的能力，有较强的图纸阅读和理解能力；
Good skill of making mechanical drawing and electrical drawings and qualified ability in reading and savvy of drawings
？ 具备数据整理能力，能制作计划及报表；
Good skill in data compilation and plan or report making
？ 具有团队合作精神，有良好的沟通能力。
Good team work and communication skill
