主要职责Main Responsibilities：
? 协助生产主管制定月度生产计划及员工的需求计划，制定周计划和日计划
Assist production director to make monthly product plan and operator requirement plan, as well as weekly plan and daily plan
? 根据生产计划、库存和设备及人员状态进行作业安排
Assignment arrangement according to product plan, stock, equipment and operator condition
? 合理安排操作工的岗位及进行作业指导
Reasonable arrangements of operator condition and operation conduct
? 生产线操作工的管理及考勤记录和生产报表统计
Management of operation line staff, attendance record of them and production daily records
? 生产用料收发及在线库存的管理
Stock in and return; online stock management
? 是生产线与物流仓库，质量检验，技术等部门日常生产时的协调与服务联系者。
As coordinator and window during daily production to communicate with logistics warehouse, quality inspection and process technology engineer
? 关键工位的应急补缺
As backup for emergency vacancy of key position
? 应急设备简单故障的排除
Removal of simple error of equipment emergency
? 根据指令安排应急发
Arrange emergency delivery according to requirement
? 参与5S各类活动，执行公司5S管理要求，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序
Participate in all 5S activities. Keep work site clear, tidy and in order according to 5S management requirements
? 执行ISO14000、TS16949及OHSAS18001的相关条款,承担公司体系文件规定的相 关（安全、环境和质量）责任。诚信正直，诚信行事，遵守公司的道德规范
Abide by the regulation of ISO14000, TS16949 and OHSAS18001 and take the responsibility in security, environment and quality written in company system documents. Act in good faith and stick to keep company moral regulations

任职资格Qualifications：
? 高中以上学历
High school or above
? 5年以上工作经验，2年以上汽车行业基层管理工作经验
Above 5 years work experience; above 2 years work experience relating to basic level management in automotive
? 能看懂产品和机械图纸
Understand drawings of product and mechanical
? 具备5S及安全生产知识技能
Equip knowledge of 5S and safety production skill
? 有较强的班组组织管理能力及沟通技巧
Good skills in shift organization management and communication
? 有机械制造生产及调整的经验
Work experience in mechanical machine operation and adjustment
? 能够运用WORD及EXCEL相关的软件
Good skill in WORD and EXCEL
? 熟悉现场质量管理基本知识，例如不合格品控制管理
Familiar with basic knowledge of on-site quality management, such as unqualified production conduct management

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
