1、根据公司出勤、休假等工作纪律规定，检查各工区主管递交的员工的考勤及各种休假信息，确保公司纪律规定的准确落实。

2、根据公司的相关规定，整理员工入职、试用、转正、升迁、降职、解聘、社保缴纳等相关资料，维护并适时更新公司的人力资源档案（包括员工登记表、身份证、劳动合同、绩效考评记录、学历证书等），并做好检查、封存工作。

3、协助上级做好招聘和任用的具体事务性工作，包括发放招聘启事、收集和汇总应聘资料、安排面试人员、跟踪落实面试人员的情况等。

4、协助上级执行公司的培训和绩效评价的组织、后勤保障工作，如，收集审核各类表格、表单。

5、每月根据计划跟催各工区考勤，计算员工薪资并仔细核对，及时将计算好的工资上报到财务部门。

6、及时根据主管提供的各工区人员增加、减少表格，做好商业保险的申报增加、减少工作。

7、日常办公室值日。

8、在上级安排下办理社保缴纳等相关事宜。

9、接听各工区主管来电，负责工资核对、工伤、意外电话申报等系列工作，有重大事项及时向上级报告。
