Main responsibilities:

1.Daily production arrangement 日常生产的安排：

• Define production schedule and keep running in good condition
  排定生产进度并保持良好的运转
• Find out and solve problem in production, and provide solution for the potential risks; Improve production efficiency, and reduce manpower intensity;
  找出和解决生产中的问题，并提供对潜在风险的解决方案，改善生产效率和减小人员的工作强度
• Collect & analysis data related to production activity; Supervise on the conditions of RM, IM, equipments and machines in production line;
  收集和分析生产活动相关的数据，负责生产线上机台、设备、IE、RM的运作状况。
• Assist on production manager with quality control within the production process, coordinate related teams to solve problems;
  协助生产经理在生产过程中对质量控制，协调相关团队解决困难
• Assist on Production Manager make shop floor layout and manpower assignment;
  协助生产经理制定车间布局和人员工作任务的安排
• Handle the rejective products during the process of quality inspection
  处理在质量检查过程中没通过的产品

2.Manpower management 人员管理

• Coach new operators according as the training plan;
  按照培训计划训练新的操作人员
• Provide the necessary guide for subordinations;
  给下属人员提供必要的指导
• Coach and develop production generalists, focus on employee‘ development; 培训和发展生产全能人员，集中于对公司员工的培养和发展
• Motivate teamwork spirit and high efficiency spirit in team
  积极的团队合作精神和高效率团队工作

3.Shop floor Management 车间管理

• Control and guarantee the production safety
  保证和控制生产安全
• Improve production efficiency; reduce scraps, Improve Output-Input ratio of personal, material and energy.
  提高生产效率，减少废料，提高人员、材料和能源相关的产出率
• Maintain the workshop organizing, improve the orderliness, control and maintain production discipline;
  做好车间的组织工作，改善车间秩序，控制和维护生产纪律
• Accomplish other related work assignments given by the superior.
  完成主管交办的其他工作任务

Requirement:

• College above Degree, Major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  大专以上学历，机械或电机工程专业
• More than five year‘s experience in Manufacturing company, and three years management experience in automotive industry. With clutch knowledge is plus
  有五年以上制造业经验，三年的工业自动化管理经验，有离合器相关经验更好。
• Be familiar with 5S, Production Plan, TS16949; Basic knowledge in TPM.
  熟悉5S管理、生产计划、TS16949、TPM 的基础知识
• Good Team Organizer and Communication Capability.
  良好的团队组织能力和沟通协调能力
• Good at Written and Spoken English
  英语说写流利
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  熟练使用办公自动化软件
• Be familiar with SAP is plus
  有SAP 经验者更好
