职位描述
Position Function:
The Marketing Communications is responsible for implementing the congress and seminar to communicate the academic association and managing the logistics to work with agency for media and advertising material to effectively represent the company’s products and services to accounts and prospects.
Responsibilities:
· Logistic Leading
– Lead and manage the execution of the industry exhibition as a business, working with various functional areas within the company and across geographies, helping to drive execution. To communicate the academic association to take full knowledge of the business letter. To attend the investment conference for the congress with marketing manager, execution for the congress coordinating events. Logistic is about booth design collaboration with agency and internal product managers and marketing designers; hotel / flight booking; local academic visiting and not limited the above.
· Media / Advertisement /Branding Communication –Maintain the knowledge on products and technologies through training. To coordinate the third party with internal m product line leaders and marketing group leader for Media promotion. They include Journal advertisement and website building up. Support to broadcast the E-news letter release per quarterly to sales team. Monthly congress e-news release to distributors. Coordinate business relationships with third parties, marketing partners and other industry participants as needed.
· Marketing Tools Management –Contribute to global sales teams and be responsible for marketing tools deliverables. It includes marketing material etc. tools to print / purchase / send out upon the coordinating with product managers. Ensure that products meet global customer needs.
· Upon product line leader’s planning , execution of new brochure printing and sending out
· Work with internal purchase department , planning the branding cues purchasing and sending out as the approval from management team .
· Sample management: To follow product line leaders ‘s request to manage the samples delivering process .The sample evaluation forms should be summarized per month. The report will be provided to the marketing leader.
· Sales Team Support –Logistic organize and participate in seminars, trade shows and other special marketing events or campaigns. Complain reports should be tracking per month . The record will be archived in the marketing . To take responsibility for Key Customer Visit Coordinate the marketing side with internal departments for accounts’ company visit. Arranging senior management schedule of the meeting and prepare the sample / brochure / video for the event . Support international requirements where needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
Education:
·Bachelor degree in English major or Journalism or health sciences.
Experience:
· More than 3 years successful marketing event within the medical markets on product operation and commercialization.
· Experience in logistic & tracking marketing programs or news editor.
· Related experience for cross-functional coordination, marketing supporting is preferred.
Primary skills/aptitude
· Attention to details and good implementation and follow up ability
· Strong communication and good writing and editing skill
· Proficient in computer skills, especial for Excel and PPT
· Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
