职位描述：

1.Project Quality Assurance (PPAP): Leading the project team complete, submit and update the new product PPAP. 项目质量保证（PPAP）：领导项目团队完成，提交并更新新产品的PPAP文件。
2.Field Q-issues (Siebel Report and Customer Complaint): identify, communicate and address the finding, issue and track 8D report until closing, maintain the customer tracking report system and submit the monthly report.客服报告和客户投诉：识别交流并处理发现，问题并跟踪8D报告知道关闭，维护客户跟踪报告系统并提交月报。
3.ISO9000 maintenance: Internal & external nonconformity corrective and preventive action tracking; Documents maintenance and training for staff. ISO9000维护：内部或外部不合格纠正预防措施跟踪，文件维护和培训。
4.Internal and external audit: Planning and complete the annual internal audit and product process & product audit, submit the internal audit report and tracking the corrective action, handling the ISO9000 third party audit and customer audit.内部和外部审核：策划并完成年度内部审核，产品过程审核和产品审核，提交内审报告并跟踪纠正措施，处理ISO9000第三方审核
5.Support: Support the production line kaizen activities; support SQE for the parts technical issue.支持：改善活动支持生产线，零件技术问题支持SQE 。

岗位要求：

1.Experience in working in ISO9001 environment;熟悉ISO9000体系
2.Proven track record in project quality control;提供项目质量管理跟踪记录
3.Familiar with submitting PPAP and executing PFMEA&CP熟悉提交和完成PPAP， PFMEA和CP。
4.Familiar in executing 8D reports 熟悉完成8D报告
5.Excellent oral and written English (able to actively engage in oversea conference calls on complex technical matters)很好的英语口语和书写能力（可以电话交流）
6.Aware the APQP process and familiar with FMEA,PPAP and project quality risk control了解APQP过程，熟悉FMEA,PPAP和项目质量风险控制
7.Quality basic knowledge (8D,ISO9000, etc.) and statistical tools质量基本知识（8D，ISO9000等）和统计工具
8.At least 8 years relevant experience in quality field.至少有8年的质量工作经验
9.Experience in companies new project quality &customer complaint preferred;有项目质量管理和客诉处理经验优先
10.Experience with optical technology preferred;有光学技术工作经验优先
