职位描述
1)Purpose of the position:
~ To fully manage the supply chain business in CMS China.
~ Lead the supply chain team to work for the company/department target.
2)Tasks & Responsibilities:
~ Setting up and maintaining a competitive organization for the whole SC department
~ Building and developing the management systems for the department
~ Daily departmental targets，continuous improvement work.
~ Product and raw material warehouse management with working capital optimization
~ Plan and manage to the material sourcing and purchasing
~ Overall effectiveness and cost control (planning and follow up)
~ Member of the company Management Team
~ Maintain and improve the Sourcing, Procurement and Purchasing Standards & Policies and implement new tools; ~ Ensure the supply chain system running well and effective, the supply chain included sourcing/purchasing/planning/logistic/warehouse.
~ Be responsible for the missing items, management and follow up. Ensure the product can be always delivered to custom on time.
~ Be responsible for the project of localization, be sure the plan to be implemented and reach the target. ~ Have ability to guide the department staffs for the different function, and take the management responsibility for the department staffs.
3)Requirements:
Education:
~ University degree in Business/Economics/Engineering, MBA is a plus.
Experience:
~ 8+ years of working experience in Supply Chain design and development of complex / global supply chains
~ Knowledge in sourcing of mechanical and electronic component, metal parts, surface treatments, other treatments, plastic resin and other commodities
~ Experience in development of complex supply chain models and implementation of models in driving business decisions . ~ Knowing plastic injection and main mechanical manufacture processes
Basic skills:
~ Have negotiation skills and quantitative analytical skills
~ Strong leadership skills to manage the team and cooperation with other functions
~ Strong written and oral presentation skills in Chinese and English;
~ Good PC and internet skills.
~ ERP knowledge and experience a plus.
~ strong knowledege of mechanics, machinery, and machanical drawings is necessary.
Others:
~ Willing to travel frequently to visit factories and suppliers in China。
~ Good coordination, know emotional management is preferred
~ flexibility, quick reaction in finding solutions, and strong communication skills, teamwork-oriented
~ Stable, diligence, good learner.
