Reports to: Export Sales Manager


Qualifications:
1.University level education in International Trade (or similar business related field).
2. Good communication skills.
3.Good spoken and written English (must be able to communicate with overseas customers by telephone and by e-mail)
4. 1-2 years related working experience in customs clearance preferred.
5.Good computer skills (Word documents and Excel spreadsheets).


Responsibilities:
1.Facilitate imports and prepare and issue relevant customs clearance documentation, track each import shipment till delivery to the warehouse/factory.

2.Arranging export shipments and all associated paperwork, track each export shipment till actual arrival at the destination port.

3.Handle customs hand book procedures.

4.Liaise with the forwarder/agent, maintain an up-to-date import cost and export shipping cost database.

5.Liaise with UTSC finance department, purchasing department as necessary.

6.Any other functions as deemed appropriate by UTSC management.
