Education/Experience
1.Some college preferred - minimum college graduate.
2.Familiar with general standards, e.g. TS 16949, Customer specific requirement(packaging guildline)
3.Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Auto CAD.
4.Be capable of working independently and also have solid experiences in process design and lean manufacturing.
5.Must have a high degree of accuracy and organization. Must be multi-task oriented. Be to maintain confidential information.
6.Minimum of three years process design experience, preferred major in industrial engineering.
7.Knowledge on ISO14001

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Standard packaging data and process management.
2.Be responsible for analysis of warehouse space and facility.
3.Support on labor capacity analysis.
4.Standard label management.
5.Make an improvement on suppliers packaging quality.
6.Make an improvement on packaging requirement for transportation
7.Implement KANBAN internally.
8.Establish value streaming mapping and create action plan of improvement.
9.Maintain the overall warehouse layout.
10.Provide training related to packaging.
11.Other specific jobs which are instructed from immediate supervisor.
