Suggest the recruit plan and budget;Execute the recruit plan and budget in order to an effective and reasonable recruitting plan
Timely suggest,revise,and develop the staffing policies and procedures;Implement the staffing policies,procedures and process in order to comply with the law/regulation,as well as company's requirement.

Advise an effective staffing strategy,establish cost-effective recruitiment channels and staffing processes;Coordinate the preparation and placement of advertisements in all channels;Handle functional position & recruitment projects including developing job descriptions, screening applications, conducting interviews and negotiating contracts;contact with head-hunter if necessary;Compose job offer, establish talent pool,conduct reference check, etc.
