1.本科以上学历，对外贸易/物流等专业优先考虑

2.英语4级以上，良好的英文书面口头表达能力

3.至少1年的物流企业客服相关经验

4.良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力

Shipping order check in SAP and picking list preparation
Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues
Outbound document preparation and ensure the accuracy of necessary information (invoice, packing list)
Transportation booking
Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers’ requirements and solve daily operational issues
Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc.
Daily and monthly inbound report maintenance.
