- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a MD Deputy Div. Manager 制造部副部门经理 - 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Set up SPS training structure and Organize SPS training;

- Manage, motivate and develop staff in a manner that will facilitate high performance in line with company business development needs, improve the whole team ability;

- Be responsible for production, process of assembly section, and continue improvement about process, quality and efficiency;

- Be responsible for the production planning, effective production to deliver the high quality productions according to the requirements;

- Control about quality of product with effectiveness to ensure to meet the quality requirement of customers;

- Production planning to ensure the production effectiveness is achieved;

- Make the annual production budget and control the cost within budget;

- Manage the production employees of assembly section

- In charge of implementation of Lean ,5S

- Cooperation about the new product implementation to ensure the new products’ mass production smoothly;

- Make the production employees training plan and evaluation plan;

- To assign the job within assembly production section according to the requirement of HSE, quality etc.

- To cooperate with HSE department to implement all the regulations of HSE to create the safety environment;

- Finish all orders on time, correctly, quickly and economically;

- Production line direction, resolve daily problems and ensure production discipline;

- Group's work arrangement, quality control, instruct and monitor operators during shifts;

- Responsible for their group's development;

- Push employees submit improvement suggestion and give to responsible person;

- Ensure work's continuity though group leader's absence.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor and above;

- 5 years and above relevant experience in manufacturing field and 3 years and above in managerial position

- Successful story of 5S improvement, practice of standardized work and lean

- Good understanding of productivity improvement and cost effectiveness

- Understanding of quality management system

- Familiar with manufacturing process and know ideas about production knowledge

- Good knowledge in SPS and SAP PP module

- Good communication skills and team work spirit

- Good English communication and collaboration with international teams
