- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Jr. Service Administrator 初级服务管理专员 - 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Accept customers’ service requirements, establish service documentation and pigeonhole management; responsible for various services, preparation of statistics and monthly reports; responsible for collecting information on customer satisfaction surveys;

- Responsible for organizing stated services, preparation of statistics and monthly reports;

- Handling customers’ complaints; responsible for collecting information on customer satisfaction surveys;

- Continuous monitoring customer service quality and efficiency;

- Division's activities as seminar、tour etc;

- Service data providing to relevant department;

- Contact with HQ for service assist.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor and above in Business Administration;

- 1-2 years customer service work experience focus on technical job;

- Good knowledge in process and business orientation awareness

- Good communication and teamwork skills;

- Fluent English communication
