-For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a Electrical Engineer 电气工程师 - 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Assist the engineer/team leader/project leader for the development test plan; alternatives design solution in teamwork with the development departments. Evaluate the alternatives and realize the selected solution;

- Assist to be responsible for the internal and external test for all of the development requirement, make the analyses for test results and research the right solutions;

- Assist to the development test plans and tests about new products, the redesign and special customer application for the existing products, Reverse engineering, DTC;

- Assist to be responsible for the lab facilities and equipment to fulfill the internal requirement or find the right external test capacities;

- Assist to be responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation. Analyze the test results, make a technical solution;

- Assist to be responsible for or support the product certification/approval, the support for Customer Service and return goods;

- Assist to create the Feature Specification for new project based on the Requirement from PM;

- Compile the related technical documentation and specification for products;

- Assist to optimize the existing products in order to improve quality, performance, application, cost;

- Take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems of new and existing products;

- Support other internal departments as well as the Business Unit and the sales force in the regions in respect to technical questions and evaluations, especially return goods.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor and above in Electrical engineering and Mechanical engineering

-Experience of at least 1 year (master) / 2 years (University) in LV switchgear technical fields

-Experience of at least 1 year in research / product development

-Most current technical knowledge in own field - LV switchgear; master in engineering or qualified technician with professional experience

-Good communication skills and team work spirit

-Good English communication
