-For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a LP ME Division Manager LP制造工程部经理 - 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Planning and realizing the production for new project;

- Improving productivities on production for existing products;

- Developing production-technology-roadmap;

- To define ME functions and organization structure;

- To plan/ensure ME human resources to meet continuous business development;

- To define, justify and control expenses and assets budget;

- To maintain savings in Puma system;

- Risk management;

- Planning and realizing the production for new projects via

- Production concept

- Layout

- Specification requirements for investment

- Improving productivities on production for existing products via:

- Productivity controlling

- Re-planning layout, process flow, material etc. and introducing new production technology

- Providing of workshop manufacturing equipments (external/internal)via

- Capacity planning

- Risks from production

- Support of the regular production;

- All quality activities in ME.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Bachelor and above in Electrical engineering and Mechanical engineering;

-Experience of at least 10 years in manufacturing engineering;

-Experience in project management and work at foreign company;

-Good knowledge of product at LV area and basic knowledge in financial;

-Good leadership competence;

-Good communication skills and team work spirit;

-Good English communication.
