工作经验要求：
1.Bachelor and above, major in telecom、electronic、material forming or mould related
本科及以上学历，通讯电子、材料成型或模具等相关专业
2.At least 8 years experiences in Quality Management fields in manufacturing，Five years in a supervisory or managerial role in Quality department; Have experiences in metal molding of telecom and automotive will be a plus
至少八年以上企业质量管理工作经验，五年以上质量管理经验, 有通讯及汽车行业金属成型工作经验的优先
3.Be familiar with ISO9001\TS16949 and skilled at related quality tools and CI system,Such as AQPQ、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA and Kaizen、6Sigma、LP etc
熟悉IS0：TS16949质量管理体系，精通相关质量工具和改善系统AQPQ、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA和 Kaizen、6Sigma、LP 等）
4.Be familiar with stamping、mechanical machining and surface treatment theory, manufacturing process, technical control and Quality Management related procedures and controls， Ability to be active part of solution and the responsibility for all the suppliers quality issues。
熟悉冲压、机加工、表面处理等工艺原理、生产流程、制造工艺和与质量管理有关的程序和控制，有能力对质量相关事宜提供相应的解决方案。
5.Clear logic thinking、good comminication and negotiation skill，Can use professional tools and method for problem analysis and solve with systematic，Conduct training to direct labor and other cross function team on quality awareness and quality tools
清晰的逻辑思维，良好的沟通和谈判能力，能够运用专业工具、方法系统性的分析、解决质量问题并能够针对问题改进对一线员工及其他跨功能小组成员进行质量意识和质量工具的培训
6. Have an exellent ability to listen,speak,read and write in both English and Chinese. Ability to interact、comminication effectively with foreign people。Good relationship and interact with customer of car mainframe factory will be a plus。

岗位职责：
1. Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA system;Evaluate results of the quality system consecutively to ensure match the quality policy and the stated goals and objectives of the company;
不断优化改进公司的质量系统，持续评估质量体系以确保符合质量规定和公司既定目标；
2. Be in charge of Company overall Quality Management, making and monitoring the fulfillment of Quality Objective
全面负责公司质量管理工作，制定并监督质量目标的完成情况。
Make quality control methods for incoming goods, in process and final inspection;
建立质量控制方法，对公司采购的物品进行进货-使用-最终的全过程检查；
3. Responsible for developing and make the training quality profilefor,then organize and implementing overall quality training for employees;
负责开发、编制质量培训资料并组织实施对员工的质量培训；
4. Work closely with customers, suppliers and production to meet quality requirements.
与客户、供应商和生产部门保持密切合作，以确保符合质量要求。
5.Be responsible for collecting, analyzing all related information in Quality management, making the necessary reporting (Quality report, OCR report, Monthly\Yearly Q-report……) and taking action to keep continuous improvement
负责收集质量管理过程中的相关信息，进行整理、分析，编制必要的质量报告 （质量报告、机会成本报告\月度、年度报告……），并制订改进措施，保持持续改进。
