Good English Speaking and Writing;
Advanced Competency with MS Office, MS Project, CAD (Pro-E and/or Catia V5);
Advanced Competencies in process simulation tools (ProCast and/or Magmasoft) with 2 years of work experi-ence in the field of High Pressure Die Casting;
Bachelor Degree in metallurgy or automotive engineering or foundry or machine construction;
Deep knowledge of the casting process (especially HPDC);
Knowledge and ecxcellent practice in CAD design with focus on HPDC Mold Design in Catia V5;
Able to design HPDC molds based on simulated con-cepts and input from the plant;
Basic knowledge and experience in analysis of filling and solidification simulation results;
Ability to interact and communicate with plants technical departments to support product and process optimiza-tion;
Experience in APQP process and project management of advantage.



Finish entire 3D design of mold based on 3D of gating and runner system as well as cooling concept provided by process development engineer;
Support process and product development engineers;
Support plant to optimize quality, cycle time, production cost, mold maintenance cost and mold cost;
Feasibility studies.
