Qualification Requirements:

Majored in Environment Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering or management, Chemical engineering / Mechanical engineering/ Electrical engineering with minimum 5 year working experience;
Prefer ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 internal auditor;
Prefer certified Safety Training by a recognized certification organi-zation;
Excellent communication skills in English;
Capable of working & communicating with all levels within the or-ganization;
Computer Skills, knowledge of Word Processing software, Spread-sheet software and applied reporting / communication software, can be couched working on EHS Database.

Job Responsibilities:

Initiates & manages a safe workplace for each employee, with minimal risk to health, by means of a safe plant environment and machinery as well as safe movement, storage and use of articles and substances;
Responsible for plant EHS Reporting, Managing 5S, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc;
Arranges provision of - and establishes procedures for emergency situations, remediation activities, first-aid facilities, relevant protec-tive clothing and other safety equipment;
Liaise with organizations (relevant authorities, assistance and co-operation concerning audits and remedial actions) both within China Regionally and Locally;
Arranges prevention of or precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances, and danger from flammable, explosive, electrical, noise, radiation, temperature extremes and manual handling risks (ergonomics and workplace risk as-sessments);
Initiates and manages corrective actions related to prevention of fire and damage caused by natural disaster and maintains / im-proves the plant's Property Protection Status;
Establishes and organizes surveillance of and correct reporting on environment, health and safety performance, practices and systems as well as incident reporting to the relevant authorities and according to company requirements.
