职位描述

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for assisting IT manager to provide an efficient and effective IT service to the business in China and improve troubleshooting efficiency and user satisfaction.
Due to the 24/7 nature of our business operation, this role requires the provision of services outside of standard operating hours in the case of outages (phone, internet, emails) and operations.
Position Responsibilities:

? Support and troubleshoot problems related with IT hardware (desktop, laptop printer and fax...), Software (Microsoft environments), email and telephone.
? Improve troubleshooting efficiency and User satisfaction, summarize troubleshooting experience and documents, training IT Helpdesk staff regularly.
? Assist IT manager to participate in implement new global, regional and local IT project (on time, under budget, quality control, scope control…)
? Responsible for management and maintenance of network (timely network troubleshooting, draft network emergency plan, prevent network trouble and reduce the impact of network trouble), ensure network security to meet group request and IT audit.
? Responsible for maintenance of local Avaya call centre system, cooperate with US telephony team to make troubleshooting and to meet local business requirement.
? Responsible for maintenance of antivirus system, periodically check and monitor antivirus updates; clean infected computers of viruses and report to IT manager.
? Execute company IT policy such as Internet usage control, authorized download, software license monitoring etc.
? Responsible for management of IT Asset, periodic check IT hardware and software license inventory, ensure its accuracy.
? 24x7 on call for any case of problems and critical support

Education & Experience

? IT Education (Bachelor-level degree)
? At least 3 years of experience of relevant experience in a similar working environment (most likely SME)
? Good level of English (spoken/written)
? Able to manage small IT project (up to 40 days).
? Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) would be a plus
? Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
