EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS:
-BS degree or above with mechanic background
-2-3 years relevant work experience, work in the mechanic lab or testing type of job will be a plus.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
-In depth knowledge about equipment and mechanic testing process
-Strong analytical skills
-Ability to effectively solve problems and resolve conflicts
-Able to complete basic laboratory procedures with intermediate to minimal supervision
-Able to demonstrate basic knowledge of safe laboratory practices and procedures
-Able to demonstrate a basic knowledge of laboratory terminology and basic equipment use
-Be proficient in both oral and written English
-Willing to work overtime if needed.

This Mechanic Technician position is being targeted primarily to support CTS and related mechanic R&D work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work safely and responsibly at all times, always abide by the company's HES regulations and all the mechanic lab

safety rules required.
-Operate and maintain equipment properly and safely
-Laboratory testing of technical service work and other testing tasks needed.
-Ensure the test data quality generated from STC mechanic lab.
-Help on the field test per company work requirement
-Communicate with US or Europe about local skills building up
-Communicate with local CTS and lab professional team to build the local mechanic testing process
-Maintain lab equipment work properly. Maintain high levels of laboratory cleanliness and tidiness
-Other lab tasks assigned by mechanic engineer.
