Main Responsibilities：

-Develop, evaluate, and review technical service procedures and standards; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, priorities spending, and achieve timelines, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards

-Plan, priorities, and implement service activities to fulfill maintenance contracts and service-level agreements

-Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for installations, upgrades, and other technical services; prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates

-Research, evaluate, and recommend new equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the technical service team

-Select, lead, direct, evaluate, train and develop a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure that installations and repair works are completed on-time, within budget, and according to customer requirements

-Build Vacon China service locations to meet profitable growth, and develop partners` service with sales.

-Responsible for application development management (APD, NPD, Projects, Customer)

-Responsible for workshop/field services management in China and APAC

-Close cooperation with other service centers, and good networking with global technical service team

Education and Experience:

-Major in electric automatization

-Minimum 5 years’ experience of industrial service, with qualified technical background

-Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading service team
