Responsibilities
? Manage several projects simultaneously.
? Take lead and ownership of the project during the launch phase
? Lead and supervise assigned group of program managers
? Manage project launch from beginning to end following APQP process
? Translate customer requirements and deliverables in to tasks required for the project, acquire and assign necessary resources to ensure completion of each task.
? Develop full-scale project plans, project timeline and milestones, resources and associated communications documents.
? Create and control project budget, spending amount and timing.
? Take continuous improvement to lower launch expenses, capital investment
? Report project progress, identified risk and action plan systematically on regular basis.
? Ensure that projects are launched on time and within budget
? Work with plant team on the shop floor to follow up actual and physical condition of tools, equipment, people, material, method during the launch
? Work with global program management team on global program
? Maintain project documents and related records.

Required
? University degree in a field of mechanical engineering or related fields
? Experience working in automotive industry or project management field (> 6 years)
? Very good English skill
? Experience in managing multiple automotive projects simultaneously
? Strong experience APQP and PPAP, ISIR process according to AIAG, VDA standards
? Able to travel on business trips as required
? Able to attend conference calls with US and EU colleagues during the weekday evening
? Strong interpersonal skills
? Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
