Responsibilities:

To keep up the production in terms of Quality, Quantity, Safety, Delivery time.

To keep up the production in term of productivity and in compliance with the budgets/KPIs.

To stipulate the continuous improvement.

To coordinate the deployment of the Production and Process System with effective Methods

To liaise with different departments and sections to ensure efficient production

To contribute to the establishment of the budget and investments.

To manage and control the production cost

To be in charge of the technical and methods training of the production teams.

To supervise the QMS & EMS activities to be efficient on going according as department objectives.

To lead and provide management and technical expertise in maximizing production efficiency and maintain high quality of service at all time.

Confidence in strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making; strong leadership and people management skills.

To be responsible of Production

QUALIFICATIONS

University or above

More than 8Ys working experience and 2Ys experience at the same position, preferred the experience in continuous production industry.

Male

Fluency in written and good oral English skill,

Good computer and presentation/reporting skills.

Proactive and hard-working, can work under big pressure.

Report to: Operations Manager

Subordinates: Production assistant Manager, Process Supervisor
