？ Bicycle enthusiastic and understanding of fundamentals of bicycle mechanics;
？ Hands on bicycle workshop experience required;
？ Ability to learn quickly through hands on experience, training, and customer interaction;
？ Basic computer knowledge and typing skills (MS Office products);
？ Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

. MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
？ Provide technical and warranty assistance over the dealer hotline for the SRAM, Avid, Rock Shox, Truvativ , Zipp and Quarq product lines;
？ Repair returned product and process the work through SAP;
？ Evaluate and authorizing legitimate manufacturing defects;
？ Start the shipping process of replacement product (create documents in SAP);
？ Be up to date on old and current known issues (potential problems) with product;
？ Identify new problems as they occur in the market and follow the QMS guidelines to facilitate correct warranty and CQF procedures so that the problem can be corrected for the customer and the product can be dealt with by quality control;
？ Supports organizing training for SRAM employees and SRAM customers;
？ Supports organizing and availability of training materials for internal DSD technician training and Distributor STU sessions
？ Assisting in recall or quality issue activities
？ Assisting with incoming SRAM product liability claims
？ National show support/presence
？ Occasional marketing activity support such as races and/or new product launch events.

公司地址：昆山市张浦镇建德路399号（德国工业园区）
面试路线：
1、出租车路线。在新客站乘坐出租车沿长江路到港浦路，在永记造漆公司左拐进入到港浦路，沿港浦路大概5分钟车程到建德路左拐，第二家既是我公司，全程约20分钟，大约25元。
2、公交车路线，在新客站乘坐公交111路、112路、113路、125路、130路，到长江路港浦路站台下车。
下车后到马路对面沿着港浦路往东走大概1500米，约需要30分钟到建德路，左拐进入建德路，第二家即是本公司。
