职位职责Responsibilities：

1、 产品接单、下单跟踪直至出货；

Sales order processing and follow-up;

2、 客诉处理、客户关系维护；

Deal with customer claims;

3、 负责销售合同等文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管；

Keep file of sales documents;

4、 负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表，并随时汇报销售动态；

Make sales reports (monthly, quarterly and yearly)

5、 协助销售经理做好部门内务、各种内部会议的记录等工作;

Sales admin works;
