7. Record and summarize OT/leave hours for operators, report to HR and department mgr.
8. EHS/KPS coordinator for department, take part in EHS/KPS meeting and actions /
9. Help worker apply business trip in system and all kinds of reimbursement management /
10. Indirect material purchase and consumption management
11. KPI statistics and analyze
12. Other works assigned by department manager

1. 大专或以上学历

3. 熟练操作电脑办公软件，Word, Excel 等
4. 承担部门助理工作，负责BE部门员工的日常管理.
5. 协助部门经理进行生产绩效统计分析以提高生产绩效
6. 负责一线员工在系统中申请假期和日常出勤考核
7. 记录、统计员工加班及请假时间，并向人事部门和部门经理汇报
8. 本部门EHS，KPS联系人, 参加EHS、KPS有关会议和活动
9. 帮助工人在系统中申请出差及各种报销的审核
10. 间接物料采购和消耗管理
11. 生产绩效统计分析
12. 部门经理指派的其他工作
