The Purchasing Manager’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Reports to the Plant Manager
- Manage and lead team members to complete all the daily affairs in order in the department, ensure warehouse on time
管理和带领团队成员完成部门内所有日常订单事务(如下单、跟单)，保证准时入库
- The supplier development and evaluation management on a regular basis, and constantly improve the structure of supplier
对供应商的开发和定期考核管理，并不断优化供应商结构
- Key raw materials market investigation and negotiation, guarantee the company to buy material below or in line with the market, superior to the competitors, the price of the same magnitude
主要原物料市场行情调查及谈判，保证公司购买物料低于或符合市场行情，优于相同规模的竞争对手价格
- Analyze market and freight distribution system, determine the short-term and long-term suppliers and supply channels
分析市场和货运配送系统，确定短期和长期的供应商和供应渠道
- Summon relevant departments on the company's procurement of large equipment investment evaluation
召集相关部门对公司大型设备投资的采购评估
- Improvement projects and so on organization to implement the cost reduction, such as spare parts localization, localization
组织推行各成本降低等改善项目，如配件国产化，本地化
- Vendor management inventory, in order to shorten the procurement period, ensure the normal supply of production material
供应商库存管理，以缩短采购期，保证生产物料正常供应
- Monitor raw material inventory, through the vendor management inventory and safety stock setting, guarantee the supply at the same time, the reasonable inventory, reduce capital takes up
监控原物料库存，通过供应商库存管理及安全库存设置，保证供应同时，合理库存量，减少资金占用
- Coordinate relevant departments for supplier quality monitoring and improvement of the request, and continuous improvement
协同相关部门对供应商品质的监控和改善提出要求，并不断改进
- Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic:
Bachelor degree or above, engineering, business, or logistics related preferable
本科以上学历,工程,商业或物流相关专业

Experience:
- At least 6 years relevant working experience, preferably with a foreign Joint Venture company
至少6年以上相关职位工作经验,外商独资公司工作经验优先
- Rich experience in procurement (including procurement industry experience and supplier development and management experience)
丰富的采购相关经验（含采购行业经验和供应商开发管理经验）
- Must have excellent commercial negotiation skill, cost analysis, coordination and communication abilities
具备优秀的商业谈判技巧，成本分析及协调沟通能力
- Work independently, self-responsible and efficiency oriented
能够独立工作，自律、效率性
- Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese, both in oral and write
良好的中英文书面及口语的沟通能力
- Ability to work under pressure
