职位描述
1. Communicating with customers with new transfer projects progress and milestone
和客户沟通关于项目转移的进程和节点；
2. Provide basic information to sales department for RFQ
向销售部门提供相关的报价信息，协助报价；
3. Set up new project kick-off / regular project status meeting and managing new tools development and trial run
负责召开新项目的介绍会议以及当前状态会议，和模具的开发和试生产。
4. Follow up local and transfer tool’s testing and modification status
追踪转移的模具的试模和修改。
5. Work closely with production, logistics ,purchasing and business team to track and complete project on schedule
和生产，物流，采购，业务部门一起按时间表完成项目的各项内容。
6. To be a leader to solve the issue which happened during new project trial run and ramp up phase
引领团队解决试生产和爬坡 阶段的问题解决。
7. Define project time schedule and be responsible to implement it
制定项目时间表并负责实施。
8. Assemble and coordinate project staff to solve problem.
召集并协调项目组成员的资源以解决问题。
9.Finish other things which are from Project Department manger.
完成项目部经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求
1.bachelor degree in engineering or related.
工程类或相关学士学位或以上。
2. have three or more years working experience with manufacture plant，1 to 2 years project management experience.
有3年以上制造工作经验, 1到2年项目管理经验。
3.Have experience in plastic tooling. Must have a good understanding of the injection molding business. Should be able to analyze processes and make independent decisions. Should possess good skills in written and oral communications to allow inter-action with colleague, customers, and management on a professional level.
有塑料模具方面的相关经验,对注塑行业有很深刻的了解。能够分析过程，独立做出决定。能够很好的在书面语和口语方面进行交流，能够在专业水平上与和同事，客户，管理层沟通和联系。
