The Program Manager will lead a project team to support customer requirements and
ensure that a given project is launched on time, and on budget whilst exceeding all
customer expectations. They may if required be used to support quotations where
necessary
Facilitate good communication and control between all stakeholders on the project
Work and take the lead in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment and
willing and able to respond creatively to meet challenges and accomplish team goals.
Travel as required on Company business both within China and overseas
Relocate to project location as required for a period of time (between 6 months to 2 years)
Must be able to work as a self starter and be comfortable with significant levels of
autonomy and responsibility
Ensure that program timing, cost and quality requirements are met
Report back to management on a timely basis about current program status
Computer Skills：MS Office, MS Project 电脑能力：MS Office, MS Project
Others: Familiar with the requirements of the quality system TS16949，QS9000
University degree or college diploma in the field of engineering (Mfg or Mechanical
preferred)
3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of
process development and execution.
5+ years direct work experience in an interior trim company (preferably a tier 1 supplier or
OEM)
Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project
