Responsibilities:
1.Primarily responsible for the New Product Introduction projects for BD Suzhou plant.
2.As a project leader, the incumbent will manage the project budget, timeline & resource to ensure they meet the project deliverables.
3.Accountable for achieving Safety, Quality, Time, Cost and Team Development objectives in support of New Product operations requirements.
4.Ensure systematic evaluation and techniques are used to qualify new materials and process.
5.Writing and Maintenance of all SOP, Process and Inspection document to ensure smooth and complete Product Transfer.
6.Performs any other duty as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Good Project Planning & Management skills.
2.Fluent with spoken and written English.
3.Experience in High Speed Automated Assembly system/equipment.
4.At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing environment preferably in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge in Process validation requirement is a plus.
5.Ability to develop new process or/and technology to improve production efficiency.
6.Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Methodology is a plus.
7.Bachelor degree in mechanics, electronics or industrial engineering.
