Essential Responsibilities:

1.Customer quality requirements requirement and analysis;

2.RFQ support for manufacturing related SOR;

3.Perform quality assessments throughout development, Vote for project manufacturing maturity gate review.

4.Pilot build product quality assurance

i.DFA/DFT workshop review

ii.Approve 4M change in Pilot factory phase;

iii.Ensure the pilot build product quality meet internal and external customer standard and requirement; Pilot build open issue report tracking, follow up and verification

iv.Project specific inspection standard and criteria setup and training to IQC

5.Set up and maintain process design and manufacturing related lesson learn database and Drive wide & dive deep for each new program starting;

6.Perform D/PFMEA, Control plan review

7.Handover all quality related information in pilot factory to target plant;

8.Co-work with project APQP and operation quality engineer to guarantee the design for quality and manufacturing;

9.Communicate Quality performance, improvement plans, and corrective actions to project APQP engineer in pilot phase

10.Involve in internal audit &certification activities for TS16949 in pilot factory

11.Generate periodic reports to senior management on the progress of Pilot factory quality;

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive, etc (or college degree with very strong related experiences)

2.Over 5 years' experience of Quality relative jobs in Automotive/Electrical industrial suppliers.

3.Experience in Problem Solving practices

4.Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers, co-workers and local and remote technical support staff.

5.Familiar to TS16949 quality system and Automotive OEM quality system.

6.Should posses knowledge about statistical tools & techniques

7.Familiar with TS 5 Core tools

8.Strong communication, inter-personal and coaching skills

9.Ability to engage with key stake-holders in a global, matrix environment
