POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1.College or above in Finance/Accounting related fields;

2.More than 2 years' working experience in AP processing, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred;

3.Good knowledge of PRC accounting standards and statutory regulations, familiar with US GAAP;

4.Proficient in MS Office. Experience on Oracle system is preferred;

5.Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure;

6.Good command on both oral and written English;

7.Good communication and Teamwork spirit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Process invoices and book AP in an accurate and timely manner,and make accruals;

2.Effectively work with intercompany for the daily transactions;

3.Prepare AP aging analysis and other statistical reports within the required schedule to support decision-making;

4.Participate in the month-end closing process, ensuring compliance with Corporate and statutory requirements;

5.Perform reconciliations on AP balances and month & year-end reports;

6.Assist Finance Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization;

7.Coordinate internal & external audit.
