任职要求:
1.Possess a degree from a recognized University.
2.Has at least 3 years of HR experience in multiple national companies.
3.Familiar with local labour law & regulations, have knowledge in individual income tax regulations.
4.Strong Computer Skills such as Word, Excel and etc.Experience of HR Software implementation is preferred.
5.Proficient in English language.
6.Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and patient.
7.Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.

岗位职责:
1.Work closely with HR Manager to develop and implement internal equitable and external competitive C&B package.
2.Develop and review the pay structure in order to make sure attract and retain right talent to achieve strategic business growth.
3.Administer employee personal information in Platinum and SAP system.
4.Supervise attendance and payroll calculation, ensure attendance and payroll is calculated timely and accurately, and also in compliance with Sarbannes Oxley Act (SOX).
5.Accomplish performance management tasks.
6.Assist HR Manager to draft C&B planning and budgeting.
7.Responsible for HR report to analyze and track HR activities in a timely manner
8.Other tasks assigned by superior.
