职位描述：

1.负责制定品保部的组织架构和明确各岗位的职责；
2.负责建立品保部成员的考核标准并执行；建立全公司的质量考核标准并推动公司执行；

3.负责质量体系的建立和有效运作；

4.负责产品质量标准的建立、完善和有效执行；
5.负责供应商的审核，考核和辅导，保证来料质量；

6.负责公司的过程质量控制；

7.负责控制成品质量；
8.负责客户投诉的处理和跟踪工作；

9.负责执行总经理的工作指令。

岗位要求：

1.3年以上食品、化妆品等化工行业品质管理工作经验；

2.熟悉ISO9000质量体系认证；

3.具有良好的领导能力、沟通能力、分析判断能力、书面表达能力以及一定的执行力；

4.熟悉常用办公软件。
