Job Duties

- Provide administration support and report to CSM in customer enquiry and service and constantly liaising with the RM team. 就有关客户需求和服务向客户服务经理提供行政支持与汇报，同时与客户经理组保持紧密联系。
- Coordination with RM team and Service team to shorten implementation cycle 与客户经理和客户服务组合作以协调缩短事务落实的周期。
- Handle customer enquiry, such as their phone calls ect. 处理客户查询，例如接听电话等。
- Maintain high standard of quality service to customers assigned by BM/CSM (esp for below Treasures segment.) 对支行行长和客户服务经理指定的客户保持高规格的服务质量（尤其是低于丰盛理财客户标准的客户）。
- Provide management support by preparing management and business reports where required 通过准备所需要的管理业务报告以提供管理支持。
- Back up Teller’s role according to BM/CSM’s arrangement 根据支行行长和客户服务经理的安排作为柜员的后备人员
- To ensure the Bank’s and CB’s internal procedures and guidelines are fully followed and to safeguard against any careless mistakes, fraudulent manipulation and money laundering确保银行和个人银行内部流程和指导方针被贯彻执行，以防止任何的粗心大意、暗箱操作和洗钱。
- Provide general clerical assistance including typing, faxing, inputting, filing, etc. as required 提供一般的文书协助，包括打字、传真、录入、归档等要求的工作事项。

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in banking field or Financial Institution preferred 至少1-2年的银行业或者金融行业工作经历。
- Good communication and interpersonal skills 具备良好的人际沟通能力和技巧。
- Result and customer-oriented 具备良好的结果和服务导向性。
- Meticulous, self-motivated and able to work under pressures 细致、有上进心、能够在压力下工作。
- Proficiency in MS office, especially in Excel 熟练操作微软办公软件，尤其是Excel。
