工作职责与要求：
- 熟悉工厂的空调系统的日常操作，维修维护，预防性维护保养， 持续性设备改进等， 对VAV，AHU ，暖通管道等设施原理，结构等有一定的知识 ；
- 熟悉公共设施的基本知识与技能， 比如：空压机，冷却水塔/ 冷冻机， 空调系统，消防系统，锅炉， 柴油发电机，污水处理设施，供电系统（2次，3次配电即可），以及其他基础设施等；
- 熟悉工厂（或办公室）消防设施的工作原理，机构，并具有相关工作经验 ；
- 熟悉工厂/办公照明/建筑设施等领域具备一定的维修维护基本技能；
- 具备基本的项目现场协调的基本能力， 比如：施工前手续办理，监督供应商现场施工以及协调配合，准守业主EHS 各项规章那个制度等；
- 岗位资质要求：比如：低压电工证（必须）， 锅炉作业证 ， 压力容器作业许可证， 污水处理作业证等
（以上证件 有其中1项及以上即可）；



工作经验要求：
- 3年及以上 公共设施维修维护领域工作经验 ，熟悉现在工厂设施管理基本维修维护，设备设施管理的基本技能和知识 ；
（JZ：备注：5~ 10 年工作经验为最佳 ！工厂设备设施维修维护（优先）/曾服务过物业/大型卖场商场，大型酒店等也可以/服务过企业性质不限）；
- 为人诚实， 做事踏实 ， 一定团队合作意识，遵守业主和江森自控的规章制度 ，愿意从事于服务现场和客户需求并不断提高团队服务水平；
- 男性 ，其他不限；
