Job Summary:
---Be responsible for manufacturing processes in FD assembly line or machining line.
---Be responsible for PFMEA control plan and flow chart.

Job Responsibilities:
---Be familiar with manufacturing processes and process parameters of assembly line or machining line.
---Be familiar with PFMEA, control plan, flow chart and SC/CC etc.
---Exchange information about processes with lead plants.
---Monitor, develop and improve existing processes.
---Capability studies for manufacturing equipment.
---Process change according to the company’s guidelines.
---Be familiar with SPC Quality tools.
---Requisition orders for purchasing or service for method needs.
---Coordinate projects in area in Teamwork, reducing costs, improving quality and satisfying customers requirements..
---Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools.
---Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
---Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipment.
---Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity.
---Use of quality tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D-Report )
