职位描述
Responsibility:
- Mange a team in covering all fulfillment and order management tasks
- Adapting and developing of the order fulfillment process from the mother company to the chinese production plant
- Investigate new orders for production, capacity, configuration errors and any other potential problems
- Monitor and track open order status through production, shipping and delivery and set up internal KPI’s
- Daily communication with all relevant departments in order to ensure in time delivery, cost and quality control
- Mange on time delivery performance, identifying potential defects and scheduling actions for improvement to the site
- Work closely with the sales team in evaluating demand forecasts and manage masters distribution plans to ensure efficient ordering and planning.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Process Management or similar and more than 8 years of experience in the field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distribution/ operations/ supply chain or order management
- Good knowledge of business processes, management, budgeting and business office operations
- Good computer skills, knowledge of SAP/R3 and Microsoft Office Products
- High level of written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexibility to travel
