Responsibility:
- Developing and implementing the Quality departments strategy, to ensure the quality leadership in the business of the company
- Implementing and monitoring all Quality Assurance Systems to ensure compliance with DIN ISO 9001
- Set up and manage qualified staff for supplier quality assurances and internal mass production
- Implementing Quality KPI’s and reporting system
- Working with engineering, purchasing and production staff to establish internal and external quality requirements
- Coordinate and conduct internal/ external audits (Product and Process)
- Continuous improvement and development of the quality department
- Carry out quality trainings
- Working in product development projects
Requirements:
- University degree, master preferred, in Mechanical Engineering and more than 8 years of experience in the field
- Five years of experience managing and direction in quality assurance in the automotive industry or similar
- Knowledge in international state of the art quality methods
- Hands on experience in implementing quality systems
- Experience in assessment of production processes
- Experience of managing internal and external audit’s
- Quality Assurance qualification
- Ability to present ideas in a business friendly and user-friendly language
- High level of written and spoken English, German is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
