Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1.Facilitate employee transaction including on-boarding, transfer & exit process, labor contract, background check, probation evaluation, etc. 2.Maintain employee data & files for all employees, contractors and interns, support base data for generate related HR report per requirement. 3.Work closely with department managers/function leaders/EHS to provide value-added services and prevent any possible HR risk & compliance issue in daily job. 4.Other HR work assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

1.Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource, Law or related2.Minimum 1 year HR working experience is preferred.3.High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude4.Excellent interpersonal & communication skill is required5.Good command of English skills in both verbal and written. 6.Good command of PC skills7.Be willing to work at plant8.Integrity & Team work spirit
