职位描述
Key tasks:
?To source the best-perfomance of total operative cost raw for material and parts for the Sulzer BA CS in China;
?To establish and maintain a capable and compentent supply base for Sulzer BA CS in China, engaging and renewing the supply contracts/agreements with the suppliers;
?To cooperate with other functions within MUs of Sulzer BA CS Supply Chain and interact effectively with other functions outside Supply Chain as R&D and Sales.;
?Leads/supports improvement processes with key suppliers for mutual and sustainable benefits by improving company and supplier processes;
?Execute global commodity strategy in China, push strategy alignment with Global Category Managers;
?Drive actions to improve supply quality and customer delivery objectives, support the plants in driving resolutions to significant supplier issues;
?Establish and maintain supplier rating system, lead and manage corresponding commodity projects through the sourcing process, coordinate with multifunctional project teams to reach sourcing target;
?Analyze the regional potential market / supplier base, keep regular report about spend, commodity sourcing progress and activities to direct manager as required;
?Personal compliance with ”Code of Conduct” and Global policy for purchasing and supplier relations” and ensure the same for all members in his/her team;
Competencies/ Profile:
1.Strong negotiation , inter-personnel and presentation skills;
2.Self-disciplined and self-going, effective team player;
3.Good communications skills in both English and Mandarin;
4.Team Player
Qualifications & experience:
1.Bachelor in Science degree with major in engineering, mechanical, material or technical related field;
2.About 5-7 years experience within strategic sourcing, supply chain or purchasing;
3.Commodity knowledge on some specific commodities: China and international steel material , Casting, Machining, Welding and fabrication assembly, Composite, Electrical parts, Fasternsers etc;
4.Able to read technical drawings, interpret drawing and specification requirements;
5.Capable in project management and problem solving independently;
6.Knowledge of quality management, quality tools, manufacturing, engineering , logistic are preferred;
7.Good at cost analysis and report;
8.Positive driver within responsibility and efficient in coordination in matrix team and organization;
9. Knowledge and experience in MRP system are preferred;
10.To have a personal situation which allows frequent travelling and overtime.

凯都流体系统（昆山）有限公司是由瑞典凯都集团投资，位于昆山市玉山镇晨丰路北侧、苏州绕城高速东侧，占地面积21334平方米，主要开发、生产和加工流体与气体应用机械设备及零部件、污水处理系统等业务，公司目前处于筹建阶段,诚招各类人才。所有职位工作地点均在昆山，工厂地点距离苏州工业园区大约20分钟车程。
